Scot, the owner and primary acupuncturist at the Center for Integrated Eastern Medicine has been treating oncology patients for over 10 years. Scot can help with treat the side effects experienced by patients going through radiation and chemotherapy, including but not limited to, nausea, vomiting, headaches, weakness, insomnia, bone pain, anxiety and depression. This is done through acupuncture, AcuGraph Digital Meridian Imaging and herbal formulas. He creates a customized treatment plan for each patient that includes discussions about diet and exercise as well.

Additionally, the Center for Integrated Eastern Medicine offers a sliding scale and discounts for oncology patients based on need. Some insurance is accepted but you need to check with you insurance to see if acupuncture is a covered benefit.
